Why do you process my personal data?

We can process your personal data to perform the contract, to which you are a party, or to take action on your behalf prior to entry into the contract.

We also process your personal data for purposes stated below based on a valid interest such as:

  • reviewing complaints filed by you, relating to performing the contract to which you are a party;
  • seeking or defending against claims arising out of entry into the contract;
  • marketing activities;
  • contacting you – with your consent – for purposes relating to permissible marketing activities through communication channels such as e-mail and phone.

How long do you store my personal data?

The data processed either in response to your request submitted prior to entry into the contract, or as a necessary measure to perform the contract, to which you are a party, will be stored for the entire duration of the contract and following its termination for the following purposes:

  • reviewing complaints filed by you;
  • seeking or defending against claims arising out of entry into the contract;
  • complying with legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations, for a maximum period of 10 years counting from the date of expiry of the contract.

We store your personal data for marketing purposes until you file an objection to such processing.

Who do you share my personal data with?

Your personal data may be shared with the assistant entities stated above, which provide support related to securing and performing contracts, seeking or defending against legal claims, complying with obligations under law and providing marketing services. Such entities include entities providing services related to counselling, consulting, auditing, legal aid, tax advice and accounting, as well as marketing agencies, the Polish Post, courier companies, IT service suppliers, our contractors and subcontractors.

Is my personal data transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area?

Your personal data will not be transferred to any entities located in countries outside the European Economic Area.

What rights am I entitled to with regard to processing my personal data?

You are entitled to access your data, request its correction or removal, or restrict its processing.

To the extent that the data is processed as part of the contract, you are entitled to transfer your data to another administrator.

You are entitled at any time to file an objection to processing your personal data for advertising or marketing purposes, or seeking or defending against legal claims, or for marketing purposes.

You are entitled to file a complaint with a supervisory authority competent in personal data protection.

Do I have to provide you with my personal data?

Any personal data stated to us on entry into or during the performance of the contract has been provided voluntarily. However, a contract cannot be entered into without providing us with your personal data. Failure to provide such data will prevent the contract from being entered into/performed.

If required by law, we may ask you to state the personal data necessary for accounting / tax purposes.

Any  personal data stated for marketing purposes is provided voluntarily. However, failure to state such data will prevent your from receiving our marketing offer.
